To the partners and regular attendees of Heartland, we desire to help you through tough times by providing you with the following ministries:

Prayer Ministry

Prayer is an important spiritual practice for those who are seeking to walk with God moment by moment. As such, prayer is something Christ-followers do, both in good times and bad, to keep in step with God's Spirit.

While you can definitely pray alone, Heartland’s prayer team seeks to pray with you or even to pray for you when you can't find the strength yourself. Members of the team strive to care for your needs and concerns through the power of prayer. The ministry accepts all requests and collectively and individually prays for them.

Prayer Station

The Prayer Station is located in the back corner of the auditorium. There is always someone available for prayer at the Prayer Station following each of the services on Sunday mornings.

Care Ministry

Once you contact the church office, our helping process involves three components:

1. Assessment: With your help, we begin to understand your situation and the best way to meet your needs.
2. Follow-through: We provide opportunities or make referrals that are suited to your needs.
3. Follow-up: We connect with you periodically just to make sure that after the helping process is complete, things are still going well. This is our way of telling you how important you are to us.
