Celebrate Recovery

The purpose of Heartland’s Celebrate Recovery ministry is to fellowship and celebrate God’s healing power in our lives through the 8 Recovery Principles and the Christ-Centered 12 steps. This experience allows us to be transformed.

By working and applying these principles, we begin to grow spiritually. We become free from our addictive, compulsive and dysfunctional behaviors. This freedom creates peace, serenity, joy, and most importantly, a stronger personal relationship with God and others.

As we progress through the program, we will discover our personal, loving and forgiving Higher Power - Jesus Christ. (Download Heartland's Celebrate Recovery Brochure .pdf)

Welcome to an AMAZING SPIRITUAL ADVENTURE!

Celebrate Recovery Meets Every Friday Night!

(Check the church event calendar for holiday schedules)

6:00-7:00 PM – Meal. Join us in the Heartland Café. Great prices ($4.00 per person) and great fellowship!

7:00-8:00 PM - Large Group Session. Everyone meets together in the Heartland Cafe for a time of worship along with a teaching time or a testimony. There is no pre-registration or sign-ups. Upon arrival you will be greeted by a greeter. You will receive a bulletin to help you become acclimated.

8:00-9:00 PM- Open Share Groups. This is the time to break into recovery specific groups in order to share and hear from others with similar hurts, hang-ups, and habits.

Men:  Chemical Dependency Group
          Mixed Issues Group

Women: Mixed Issues Group


8:00-9:00 PM - Newcomers 101. This is a one time meeting where you will learn more about Celebrate Recovery, hear personal mini-testimonies, and ask direct questions. If you are new to Celebrate Recovery or a visitor, we invite you to attend this meeting after the Large Group session. (Meets in the Heartland Cafe )

9:00-9:30 PM - Solid Rock Cafe. Held in the Heartland Cafe after Open Share Groups. This is a great time to fellowship with others from your group. Join us for refreshments and dessert.

Children are important to us. Childcare is available (from age 2 through 12 years) in the KidCo Room.
